WYSIWYG & editing..

I have WYSIWYG default option on. Trying to edit message. Turned off the WSIWYG option and the text becomes this:

Uhgg.. I can't even show you the problem cus it's telling me "You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts or more." Well, you can try for yourself, switching back wysiwyg and full editor.


If I have full editor (not WYSIWYG default) then it shows correctly:
