Default A lot of 302's in Google webmaster tools

I have roughly 190,000 302 errors in webmaster tools under the 'not followed' tab.

    EDIT
More than half of my thread was removed upon submission. I'll repost without links...

This is happening because of special characters in the URL, in this case * is being linked to as %2A

I'm also seeing it happen a lot with $ in the thread. Is there any way to correct the links or at least make them 301's?
