Yes I know I planned to do this in first half, but return from vacation gave us more surprises I expected We are still working on it. Most important changes are already closed. Some new bugs appears so we want to correct it also before release. I would be most happy to release ASAP, but rush is not good for quality So we will correct all known bugs and release I hope it will be at most in first week of May.
At this moment we cannot tell does new version will solve your previous issues, because I do not know what issues are you writing about. Please note that we provide FREE support so in case of issues it is wise to let as know about those and work on those. We will happily help you and check what is going on your server in case of issues. At this moment I can only tell you that performance improvements was made, also known bugs fixed and some new features included.
Hi. Sorry, but I'm not able to remember all the cases. The best idea is to start writing in your already existing thread, because there we will have all the history of already taken actions.
So let's to it this way - when new vBET 4.x will be released please reopen your thread and we will work on it.
We provide free support, still it is not 24/7 so you can see delays in our responses, we are here every working day, just our clients are from whole the world so sometimes we suffer big time differences of completely different holidays (i.e. today lot of countries have holiday, but not necessarily all).
Any news on when the update for the vb4 version will be available?
At this moment we have opened 2 minor bugs for vBET4.x which we want to correct before release. All other things are closed. I'm working on one of those now with some issues, that is why I cannot be sure when it will be closed. If we will not be able to close it fast, we will release including those - those are only minor so do not affects main functionalities, performance nor availability.
If no serious bug will be reported, we will release vBET4.x this week - most probably at weekend
