Language Flag in who is online

[StarBuG]

Hi

To monitor the success of the translation it would be cool to have a language Flag in who is online.
Currently even users who view the forum in a different language show up as normal users and the url they view is the url in the native language.

;)

Added in TODO - no promises, but we will check what can be done here :)
