Error after updating to 4.2.2

Getting this on every page:
Warning: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in ..../includes/init.php(351) : eval()'d code on line 29
and thread pages do not load

When disabling vBET and changing over the vbSEO edited files the error goes away and everything works fine.

Turn off the display of warnings in vB (more info).
