    Hello

    I have some DB problem multiple mysql processes that sleep rather than die and this is killing my server and I am sure it is from the translate products after test all my plugin , please kindly how to fix this ?

    Do you use an external database? You can check it at: AdminCP -> vBET Cache -> External DB Cache .

    No it is off , I use same forum DB

    In this case vBET not doing anything directly to the database - vB is manages connections to the database.

    what is your refund policy please ? also please how to full remove it and all link and very thing regarding it from my site clean uninstall

    Please see license agreement for license details.
    To remove product please just use vBulletin plugin uninstalation - Admin CP -> Plugin & Products -> Manage Products -> vBET Portal -> Uninstall -> Go.
    vBET files you need to manually delete from the server, but you can leave them if you uninstall vBET will not be used.
