We do not use Google API v1 any more. You can find and use files for tests from do-not-upload / tools folder Google API v2 -googleapiv2test.php, Microsoft - microsofttest.php, Microsoft by Azure - microsoftbyazuretest.php or Apertium - we do not provide test for it yet, but you can always check its availability in your admincp -> vBET -> providers availability
