I'm getting these all the time now (what is shown below is only a sample). Any ideas as to why? I'm also having problems with blank pages when opening a new PM and sometimes when trying to load the forum. I don't know whether these are related but take a look:

One issue per thread. This one is for your error logs. Please open new threads for other issues - otherwise we will be not able to work with it.

As I see this is no error just info about which PHP script is executed on your forum. So nothing to solve here. If you want to disable those please look in your server configuration how to do this. I have no idea why it is wrapped as error but this is your server which wraps info messages in error messages (and adds again timestamp). So please contact your hosting provider to learn about how to configure it appropriately.

Please give your actual .htaccess file from your public_html directory and from your forum directory. This is real issue - the file do not exists in this directory, so we have to find our why anyone is looking for it there. This file is never added to any link, so it have to be on .htaccess level.

My forum is a little odd. I have the vb suite installed at /forum/ but I have vbseo rewrite rules which make it look like the CMS is my root (as if I had the suite installed in /). This means that vbet can't translate my CMS pages.

I see that your .htaccess rules are changed co cover different location of your .htaccess file. And you have added forum/ in all rules. So my question is do you made .htaccess changes recently and does the issue sill exists (booth error logs and .htaccess post are form same date). vBET never ask for this SEO file directly - it is used only by .htaccess rules. So first - do you see new error logs about this issue? If yes we will look more.

About your odd forum configuration. On our forum we also have everything installed in /forum directory. We just added new index.php file in main directory with:

?>

And integrated external forum pages (so vBET rules in /forum/.htaccess and special integration rules for content outside forum in /.htaccess). This way we have EVERYTIHNG translated (with CMS and main page, and blogs, and forum, and our own portal pages - like for buying, download and so on) without any special case vbseo rules. So vBET has standard integration way for similar cases.
