Strange URLs

My site is operating in Greek. After installing vbSeo and vBET (Pro), the URLs appear like domain.gr/%CE%94%CF%89%CE%B4%CE%B5%CE%BA%CE%AC%CE%BD%CE%B7%CF%83%CE%B1/

Is this normal?

Please close thread. Finally I removed vbSeo as it seems that is not working so good with Greek.

The link, you've posted is correct - the problem is a browser - IE doesn't support standards, thus that link looks like that.
What is more, Google propertly indexes such links and they look correctly in search results
