vBET 3.5.0 Released

Hello

As we promised we give you support for other translations APIs! Now vBET supports 3 translation APIs (and it is easy to add support for more):

• Google Translation API v1 (available only until December 1st 2011)
• Google Translation API v2 (paid one)
• Microsoft Translation API (free)

This version is considered BETA, because of big changes to support other translation APIs. All details below.

NOTE: there is one additional update step necessary:
- Upload to server content of directory upload-once from vBET package (includes configuration for multi translation API support)

New:

• Support for Google Translation API v2 (for translation and language detection)
• Support for Microsoft Translation API (for translation and language detection)
• Configuration for cache cleaning (which languages should be cleaned)
• Usernames not translated for Visitor Messages (Visitor messages, usernames translated.)

BUGS corrected:

• Disappearing additional usergroups for users (After upgrade rankbadges gets taken away.)
• vBET additional usergroups considered as banned (http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.co....html#post9340)
• Undecleared variable $queryString
• RSS channels in XML and JS format
• Workaround for vBulletin vbchop bug (If thread title is exceeded by insertion of langtitle things break)
• Unnecessary encoding on not translated page for title in langtitle=nt (no transalte)

Are v2 translations any better quality than v1? Or is it simply a tech change behind the scenes?

Also, when i enable microsoft and include their api key i get 500 error, pages do not load in browser.
