After some reasearch I know what is the problem. In your version on vBET there some vBulletin bug:

SHËNIM: Ky integrim do të bëhet faqet tuaja arkivit të jetë në gjendje të përkthejnë, por përveç arkivi nën-forum faqe - nuk ka të metash në vBulletin cilat nuk lejojnë për të bërë këtë.

We cannot fix this issue. Also, as I wrote in your other thread, your forum, expect subforum works fine. Take a look:
