actual issue is all external links on my forums are added no follow, dont know why even i disabled vbseo no follow option still no result , any one can help me ?

Yes - disable mods one by one and check when nofollow will disappear. Also - comment vBSEO htaccess rules - you disabled vBSEO but still some things are made there because traffic is redirected there. Please note that if you use vBSEO and vBET - you also have to temporary disable vBET rules, because vBET will internally redirect to vbseo.php in such case.
