Top of page (link) error

Looing at my webmaster tools I see I have a lot of 404 errors for the top of page link in my forum footer. While my non forum pages use the forum footer, it is addng the forum path when it should not.

ie.. site.com/page2.html , when a different lang is selected reflects site.com/forumpath/it/page2.html instead of site.com/it/page2.htmland this of course is a 404 page.
