This is not possible. We must hold information in case if the tax office would like to check us.

Also your issues history is required because of messages which you wrote on other portals - here is whole history and whole true included (even those things which was removed/modified as vulgar or SPAM).

And it is required in case if we will have to show it to PayPal.

So we have several reasons including tax law obligations to hold those data. You can just not use your account and change your personal data to some fake if you want (those included in invoice are not editable - again cannot be because of tax law).
