Sitemap integration optimization

Hi,

I was wondering how beneficial it really is to add translated URLs to the site map. Since these urls take longer to load, googlebot will spend less time indexing other pages and the total number of indexed pages will be lower. Plus, it should still be able to find those URLs on its own because of the flags on every page. What do you think? What would be a fair trade-off?

Sitemap integration is not necessary. If you will not integrate Google will find the links anyway - by flags. We provide integration because many our customers asked for it. When you have translated links in your sitemap most probably Google will go there faster so page will be indexed faster. If you do not have integration it will be indexed anyway
