After some reasearch I know what is the problem. In your version on فعال تصدی there some vBulletin bug:

توجه : این ادغام خواهد شد ساخته شده صفحات آرشیو خود را به قادر به ترجمه باشد ، اما به جز آرشیو زیر انجمن صفحه -- اشکال در اصلی که اجازه نمی دهد برای انجام این کار وجود دارد.

We cannot fix this issue. Also, as I wrote in your other thread, your forum, expect subforum works fine. Take a look:
