We have tried to test all of the parameters that you have given us in the last few weeks, but the server is not there.
Then my hosting asks me to ask you what features should have my server in the future to work well with your plugin considering these monthly visits:

Which features of the server advice?
Your other customers with similar visits to my server use?
Thanks

Please monitor your server in CPU and memory usage area and determine which resource is required.

Please remember about disabling some languages if your server cannot make it with all (start with few, and add more from time to time if server holds it).

Also - I see in our database that you never downloaded any vBET under your license. How do you know that your server is not enough for vBET?...

And 'however, my hosting provider told me to get this question: the server I'm using now, I pay around 600 € a year, can not make it to support the forum. Its features are: XEN Virtual Server XVPS 10000 10GB HD 768 MB RAM dedicated 1Mbps flat OS Centos 5.x seems normal that you can not do this or is there a software problem? We have tried everything and not sand as to avoid the constant connection drops. thanks

I'm very sorry - it is my mistake. I checked our database where we see which files was downloaded by our customers. Right now I checked your order and I see that you bought installation service - that is why I didn't saw any downloaded file.
Once again - very sorry. I was checking it to see what is your forum URL and which version of vBET are you running.

Can you please send your forum URL and tell which vBET version you are running.

Connection drops are definitively NOT something normal at all.

On which level you have connections issues? Between your server an browser? Between your server and Google? Between vB and MySQL?
What is the speed of translation? Can you please send us your forum URL?

The url for the forum is a School - Forum of culture (http://scuo.la/) and at the time, in fact, is down.
Are several weeks that we do tests, but we are not able to solve our problems.
Whatever your help, other than necessary, is well-pleasing.
Thanks

We will help you with pleasure. To do that we need more info. Please response to my last questions. Also which version of vBET are you using?

I see that translations are quite fast. Still...

Right now I can definitively tell you that you are loosing lot of performance because you have double redirects, which are already eliminated in newest vBET version. Please update to newest vBET version and do vBSEO integration again (here you have details about new integration steps: http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.com/forum/vbet-announcements/563-vbet-3-3-2-released-great-performance-improvments.html
Please note that newest version have also lot of other performance improvements. If you already running on those - still made new vBSEO integration - this will safe you LOT of server load. Trust me - many users wrote great words about it :)
If you do not feel well in updates and integrations, we can do it for you - just need yo buy our upgrade service (http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.com/upgrade-service.php).

One more thing - I see that you have serious issue with translated URLs. On your server are not working links which have special letters.
I.e: this one in polish is working because have no special letters:
Nowa definicja magnetyzm (http://scuo.la/pl/fisica/1198-nowa-definicja-magnetyzm.html)
And this one have special letters (ąż) and it is not working:
Szkoły - Tags Forum przez Zoints (http://scuo.la/pl/film-libri-musica/4171-ale-e-książki.html)
This is very important - right now languages like Arabic or Japanese (and some others) are not working at all on your server, because there are only special characters for those.

ok, I just bought the update service. go ahead if you want: access data you should have them the other time since I've installed the vbet, have not changed.

vBET

We do not collect access data from our users for security purposes. Also those can be changed any time. This is why we ask each time for actual access data.

Urgent: Please see our mails information.

OK - update complete. Also send you in email some hints about how to diagnose what happens if issue still exists.

One more hint: think about disabling some languages if your actual forum cannot handle all of those.

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT! Please fallow hints under link below. I see right now that you didn't block irrelevant pages in robots.txt, so you definitively can improve your performance. Details here: http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.com/forum/general-discussions/243-vbet-performance.html

Hello,
I have not done anything yet forò known già two problems:
I already#224; bringing hundreds of errors of this type, tcp / ip socket() [<a href="/forum/function.mysql-connect">function.mysql-connect</a>]: Too many connections in /home/scuola/domains/scuo.la/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 311 urls in the translated pages work well with firefox but not explorer. For example this page
ale .. and-książki? (http://scuo.la/pl/film-libri-musica/4171-ale-e-ksi%C4%85%C5%BCki.html)
in firefox, the law of the cos&#236; well but with esplorer no.
You're not able to adjust to you, eh?
My hosting and my webmaster &#232; so much so that they make of the evidence, but they can not solve these problems.
For assistance, I'll pay you, do not worry.

Hello,

About your issues:
1. This is MySQL configuration issue. You allow for more Apache threads than MySQL connections, so when your server has lot of clients and all Apache threads are busy there is not enough MySql connections. Please change MySQL fongiuration. Here is manual: MySQL :: MySQL 5.1 Reference Manual :: B.5.2.7 Too many connections (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/too-many-connections.html)
2. I checked this URL in booth IE and Opera and in booth it works fine. Please note that under IE this link can look strange, but it is appropriate link - IE is just only browser in this word which doesn't support display of letters in % notation. It is still the same link - just see HTML output under Opera and you will see same % notation. Opera (and all other browsers excluding IE) just show it nicely. Also please note that this is world standard, so Google (and other robots) know how to interpret it and index it appropriately. There is no issue here :) (or I didn't understood what it is about ;))
