View Full Version : Which mods should be supported by vBET?
The best answer is - all possible ;)
Of course many mods doesn't need any integration. But each mod which will allow to write some kinds of messages, or will use post titles will need some integration.
Which mods do you think we should integrate first?
Give us a hint and your forum will be fully integrated with vBET much faster! :)
I think :
- vBadvanced.
- vbMediaWiki.
- ibProArcade (used in many forums).

[AJAX] Live Search
- ibProArcade (used in many forums).
This one doesn't need integration - it is translated by vBET. Integration can be required only by mods which:
- creates new ways of adding user messages (to support language detection)
- shows message titles (to parse langtitile bbcode)
- shows messages added after page is generated (by AJAX - to translate AJAX results)

Does it really needs any vBET support?... Please just use it and check. As we wrote most mods just work with vBET and do not need any integration. I.e. on this forum we are using vB Optimise for optimization without any additional effort for integration.
Please just check first does it works :)
Really already what has happened in terms of integration? (VSA - chatbox)

Actually we didn't start any chatboxes integration. Please note that we are during new employees recruitment, so soon vBET will have more power :) Still - we didn't scheduled yet chatboxes integration, but we see importance.

Booth are already supported :) If you have issue in any of those please create new topic in troubleshooting - this thread is about new integrations propositions :)
I'm another one that agrees with Konstantin
Cyb - Advanced Forum Statistics
would be great addition. It shouldn't be too hard to convert over.
Just seems like 'Last Post' links (on home page) remain in English when switching to other languages.
I'm going to install Thanks plugin soon too. Haven't tried to see if compatible yet.
Both are very popular plugins.
