Despite having no API keys inserted for Google and SDL BeGlobal, they are still marked as available in /admincp/options.php?do=options&dogroup=vbenterprisetranslator_providers_availability

I have run the task manually to try and update: Admin CP -> Scheduled Task -> Scheduled Task Manager -> vB Enterprise Translator (Providers Availability) -> Run Now

It doesn't matter at all. Those options as described are for internal vBET usage and manually shouldn't be used (only in case of testing, but for our staff).

So those are still marked as available because you do not have API keys for those and vBET is never using it, so never got rejecting response form those. That is it. This is usable for used APIs to not spam those when your quotas are already reached. You do not use API - you do not finished quota and the API is potentially still available for you when you put API key.

Everything is how it should be :)
