how to get the manually translation to work

seem the auto translate not work for my site i will like to use the manual translation feature
it giving me error when i try to input the translation "something went wrong :( "
how to get the manually translation to work is there any configuration i need ? thank for any help

You clear the cookies in your browser and make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
