Registration without pre-selection

is it possible the registry as follows.

The guest must choose a language, It is not a language previously selected Without selecting any registry error message
This brings nothing for VBET but it will be harder for Bots to log on because it's not typical vBulletin.

vBET is not tool for making registering harder. Such thing can be done by mods asking questions or CATCHPA.

Also - I do not understand step 2 - when user made first language select (this "previous" value to compare)?
