Hi
It may occure becouse of several reasons, but first tell me exactly which api you are using (google API v1 /google API v2/ Microsoft API) and which version of vBET are you currently using

I get directly from this link Sign-up for an API Key - Google Loader - Google Code (http://code.google.com/intl/en/apis/ajaxsearch/key.html) i dont know if its 1 or 2 Also i use 3.4.1. but my licence recently expired. Is this the reason?

Your expired license is definately not a rison. Your translation stop working becouse you are using Google translation API v1 which is about to be closed be 1st December, therefore new very stricts limits are set. Please run this test (http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.com/forum/troubleshooting/6-faq-2.html#post1728) (Olny for Google Translation Api v1)and post here the results.
But like I said it's about to be closed so please consider upgrade vBet to latest version which support also free Microsoft Translation API and paid Google Translation Api v2, and we are each they working to add new APIs(right now we are testing one of its)

It means you are blocked by google, you can write to google as is said in url i've gave you (http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.com/forum/troubleshooting/6-faq-2.html#post1728) and use these hints (http://www.vbenterprisetranslator.com/forum/troubleshooting/6-faq-2.html#post10412) but you have to remember that Google Translation API v1 (free) will be closed in 1st December so no translation will be made using this particular api.
But please remember as I said in previous post vBET supports also Microsoft Translation Api, Google Api v2 and right now we are testing Apertium Translation Api and implemanting paid Microsoft Api
