The cause of problem above is google translation engine bug with two digits - '1' and '3'.
Translation enegine changes them into chinese counterparts.
Here are examples:

Tłumacz Google (http://translate.google.pl/#en|zh-TW|3)
Tłumacz Google (http://translate.google.pl/#en|zh-TW|1)


Anyway, if you try to combine these digits with anything else, like:

Google Translate (http://translate.google.com/#en|zh-CN|threads%3A%203)
or
Google Translate (http://translate.google.com/#en|zh-CN|posts%3A%201)

everything looks fine.
