because i do not enter any data at .htaccess because i do not understand what mean by

I need to see it working - it is not problem with product, but with your installation. Most probably wrong .htacces rules. Please enable vBET and disable flags. I will be able to put language code into URL by hand, and it will not influence your users at all (because flags will be disabled).
